Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is FDAS?

A fire detection and alarm system (FDAS) is made up of detectors, manual call points, a control panel, and sounders or strobes that warn occupants when fire or smoke is detected.

How often should FDAS be inspected?

Fire alarm systems need regular inspection and testing. The Fire Code of the Philippines and your building requirements set your obligations, and we can schedule periodic inspections to match.

Can you upgrade our existing system?

Yes. We upgrade and expand existing systems, for example adding devices for new areas or replacing an outdated control panel.

Which detectors do we need?

It depends on the room. Smoke detectors suit most offices, heat detectors suit kitchens and dusty areas, and server rooms often need early-warning detection. We plan the layout during design.
